The Plymouth Arts Center is pleased to present a brand-new art exhibition entitled “The Art of Printmaking,” The Methodology and History of Monoprints. View a printmaking demo on our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/374285817744/videos/3166566440299460 The exhibit features the artwork of Jewell Riano-Bradley, Terrence McCauley, Jack Pachuta, Susan Rice, and Susan Steinhafel. These multi-talented artists created the art in this exhibit with inspiration from master artist, Paul Yank, who passed away in 2020. The public is invited to meet the artists, view the art, and enjoy a presentation of the methodology and history of monoprints during the opening reception on Friday, January 21st from 5-7pm. Complimentary appetizers will be served. The Art of Printmaking will be on display in Gallery 110 North through March 4, 2022. The presenting sponsors are Plymouth Furniture and Franz Backus.

The Birchbark Basket Workshop will expose community members to Indigenous Ojibwe culture and the vanishing techniques associated with birchbark methods and quill basketry. The three-hour workshop will provide a hands-on opportunity for participants to create traditional birchbark baskets.

Mill Street Live will be celebrating its 14th year of fantastic performances at the Plymouth Arts Center in downtown Plymouth, WI. Mill Street Live was initiated in 2009 at the Plymouth Arts Center. Mill Street Live is a summer musical revue show that showcases local performers ages 16 and up, and their abilities to sing, dance, and entertain. Mill Street Live continues to be known for its high-energy performances, music selections, choreography, and showmanship. With 90 minutes of music from the past seven decades, there is something for everyone in the audience to enjoy.
