Free New Year’s Eve Party and Nationally Acclaimed Big Sartori Cheese Drop at 10pm ~ Free Sartori Cheese
The Plymouth Arts Center will present its twelfth Annual New Year’s Eve Celebration, Monday, December 31, 2018 from 8:30pm to 12:00am. The highlights of this free, family event include live musical entertainment and the nationally acclaimed “Big Cheese Drop” at 10pm. Back by popular demand.…. the Big Cheese will again be dropped at 10pm instead of midnight. The Sartori Company is donating free cheese wedges to the first 250 families in attendance. Come early to enjoy the music, bonfire in the PAC plaza from 8:30-10pm, have a hot cocoa, and then join in the excitement of the Big Cheese Drop at 10pm. Bring your noisemakers, hats and good cheer! Music continues inside the Arts Center until 12:30am with a complimentary champagne toast at midnight. Enjoy a cheese hors d’oeuvres table courtesy of the Sartori Company. In the spirit of Arts Center gatherings, visitors may bring an appetizer or dessert to share. A cash bar will be available. New Year’s Eve is one of the largest global celebrations around the world. Join us for our very own unique “Only in Plymouth” experience in downtown Plymouth, WI. Plymouth Arts Center’s event has consistently made the national and regional news, and has been on the list of the top 10 things to do on New Year’s Eve. The Plymouth Arts Center and the Sartori Company thank the Plymouth Fire Department and Greg Heberlein for their gracious assistance in helping to make this event possible. November’s Art project will have you weaving a cute table runner using yarns and embroidery flosses of many colors! We will also make a turkey to add to the runner out of felt! Basic sewing skills and weaving skills will be taught and you will have a cute keepsake for years to come!

The Plymouth Arts Center presents “Celtic Christmas,” four performances of beautiful Christmas music from Ireland, England, Scotland, and America. This concert features vocalists Tom Clegg, Julie Henze, Neal Horneck, Kerrylynn Kraemer, and Roy Schwab, under the direction of Clegg and Kraemer with accompaniment by Celtic Folk musicians and special guests, The Harp Twins.
