Free New Year’s Eve Party and Nationally Acclaimed Big Sartori Cheese Drop at 10pm ~ Free Sartori Cheese
The Plymouth Arts Center will present its twelfth Annual New Year’s Eve Celebration, Monday, December 31, 2018 from 8:30pm to 12:00am. The highlights of this free, family event include live musical entertainment and the nationally acclaimed “Big Cheese Drop” at 10pm. Back by popular demand.…. the Big Cheese will again be dropped at 10pm instead of midnight. The Sartori Company is donating free cheese wedges to the first 250 families in attendance. Come early to enjoy the music, bonfire in the PAC plaza from 8:30-10pm, have a hot cocoa, and then join in the excitement of the Big Cheese Drop at 10pm. Bring your noisemakers, hats and good cheer! Music continues inside the Arts Center until 12:30am with a complimentary champagne toast at midnight. Enjoy a cheese hors d’oeuvres table courtesy of the Sartori Company. In the spirit of Arts Center gatherings, visitors may bring an appetizer or dessert to share. A cash bar will be available. Step into the enchanting world of Mozart’s beloved opera, The Magic Flute, with Opera for the Young. Follow Prince Tamino as he embarks on a daring quest to find the heroic Princess Pamina. The Prince is aided by the whimsical birdman Papageno and a lively chorus of students from Plymouth’s Horizon and Fairview elementary schools, under the direction of their music teacher, Jennifer Erdly. Join us at the Plymouth Arts Center, Thursday, May 15, at 7:00 pm. Tickets are $10 for Adults (18+) and $5 for Children. Please reserve your tickets early, as seating is limited to 150.

Bringing back the classic three-part harmonies of the ’30s, ’40s, and ’50s, with tunes that will make you tap your toes or brush a sentimental tear from your eye. This female trio stays true to the authentic charm of the era, singing beloved favorites as well as rarer gems of the time. Two shows will be presented at the Plymouth Arts Center on Armed Forces Day, Saturday, May 17, 2025. Show times are 2:30pm and 7:30pm. Tickets are $20 per person.
