PLYMOUTH, WI- “Alive in the Arts,” Plymouth Arts Center’s 31st annual juried exhibition will open in Gallery 110 North, Friday, May 15, 2026. Shannon Kupfer was the juror for this annual competition. Shannon reviewed artwork from artists living and working throughout the state of Wisconsin. The public is invited to meet the artists at the opening reception Friday, May 15 from 5-7:30 pm. Enjoy live musical entertainment presented courtesy of Drea Wagner Ream, piano. Complimentary appetizers & desserts will be served with a cash bar. “Alive in the Arts” will be on display through August 7, 2026. The presenting sponsors are Robert & Phyllis Hoopman and UMB Bank, Plymouth.

Awards for this show are determined at the Juror/Judge’s discretion from the actual work. The winning artists will be announced during the Awards Ceremony at 6:00 pm at the reception. Cash awards totaling $2000 and Merit Awards will be presented.

About the Juror Shannon Kupfer: Shannon serves as Curator and Education Coordinator at the Thelma Sadoff Center for the Arts in Fond du Lac, WI, where she champions community engagement through innovative arts programming, collaboration, and education. She also currently serves as Executive Director of Wisconsin Visual Artists (WVA). A practicing interdisciplinary artist, Shannon integrates art and science in her creative work. She holds a BFA in Painting and Drawing from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and an MFA in Interdisciplinary Art and Media from the Ontario College of Art and Design.

Gallery 110 North is located in the Plymouth Arts Center, 520 E. Mill Street in historic downtown Plymouth. Admission to Gallery 110 North is always free thanks in part to our generous sponsors.
